verruca

A large wart is a benign (non-cancerous) skin growth caused by infection with certain strains of the human papillomavirus (HPV). Warts result from the rapid growth of skin cells due to the virus. They often appear as rough, raised, or cauliflower-like bumps, varying in size, shape, and color.

Large warts may develop on any part of the body, including the face, and can sometimes grow to a noticeable size due to continued viral activity and irritation. They are generally painless, but their size and location can cause discomfort, itching, or cosmetic concerns.
