Impetigo contagiosum

is a common and highly contagious skin infection that mainly affects infants and young children. It usually appears as reddish sores on the face, especially around the nose and mouth and on the hands and feet.

  A girl aged 8 years , presented with dandruff and Thick scales and on removing leaves a scarry area with loss of hair over the place.
On detailed case taking , it was found that the parents are divorced and she had suffered harsh parenting from her father. On homoeopathic treatment the case was completely relieved and there was no more dandruff and hairs started to grow healthy over Hair fall spots within 3 weeks.
Rx : Staphysagria 1M /1dose followed by Nat Mur 1M/1 dose.
